Abstract

In the present article are exposed results of the study on resveratrol concentration in the wild vine varieties in comparison with new vines. As the object of study have served: Muscadinia rotundifolia Michx., Vitis vinifera L. subsp. sativa D.C., Vitis vinifera L. subsp. sylvestris C.C.Gmel., vine varieties of interspecific hybrids and culture. As a result of the research it was concluded that the concentration of resveratrol the species of wild vine is much larger, nearly double as compared to the descendants of these species and how it progresses in generations, ie removing us from wild species the concentration of resveratrol from new varieties of vines decreases. In the process of creating new varieties of vines, both through hybridization method interspecific and the intraspecific it is very important to take into account the concentration of chemical compounds from berry, resveratrol, which provides plant resistance to certain factors of the environment
