Abstract
Abstract This paper is a critical review of present methods of estimating polymer surface tension. The authors propose the thermodynamic consideration of concentration dependence of the surface tension of polymer solutions leading to the equation which includes the surface tension of the solid polymer. The latter can be calculated in this way without any arbitrary assumptions.
