Abstract

According to the competency characteristics of human resources manager, this paper proposes a new competency evaluation method of human resources manager based on linguistic variables grey relation projection model. To begin with, the evaluation index system based on the competency of human resources manager is constructed, and the linguistic variables set and its operational rules are defined. Then, the evaluation information from different experts is aggregated to the comprehensive evaluation value, and the weighted gray relation projection values of each evaluation object associated with the positive ideal solution and negative ideal solution are calculated. Furthermore, the evaluation objects are ranked based on the relative closeness coefficient. Finally, this paper gives the decision making steps and verifies the effectiveness of this method by a practical example from a company, and the practical example shows that this method is easy to use.
