Abstract

Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs)-based therapy plays a pivotal role in the regeneration of damaged endometrium. Considerable studies have illustrated the therapeutic potential of BMSCs administration diversely. However, the homing, survival and differentiation potential of these differently administered cells are poorly defined. This study aims to compare the engraftment, retaining time and therapeutic efficiency between locally or intra-arterially administered BMSCs.
