Abstract
0bjective To explore the effectiveness of metnods between three types bowel preparation before coloscopy.Methods 90 patients received coloscopy were divided into three groups(30 cases respectively)according to the method of random digits table.The patients were recerved FoliumSennae in group A,nonretention enema in group B,and colonic lavage in group C.The patients'tolerance,cleaning validity of intestihal tract and electrolyte after 2 hours examination were observed.Results There were significant differente in terms of the patients'tolerance.clearing validity of intestinal tract and electrolyte after 2 hours examination among three groups.those in group C showed better than the other two groups.Conclusions Colonic lavage represents advantages in respect to its quickness,convience,good effect,small adverse,and wide application,especially for patients received coloscopy in emergency room.
