Abstract

A high-speed servo control system based on DSP and FPGA platform is designed for the demand of fast calculation of control algorithm and high-speed sampling of feedback data in high-performance servo system. In order to use the serial character of DSP and the concurrency of FPGA, the servo system task is divided reasonably. At the same time, the high speed and reliable data transmission synchronization mechanism is designed to improve the performance of control system greatly. Test results show that under the sampling rate of 10 k, the servo control system is stable and reliable with good position tracking performance. Data transmission and communication are reliable with zero bit error rate.
