Abstract

This paper describes an approach to, and the relationship among, Business Process Improvement, Business Case Analysis, Information Engineering, and Total Quality Management. This approach is shown to not only complement existing software engineering approaches; but to also provide a framework for implementing continuous improvement processes focused on improving the quality of the organization's processes, services and products.
