Abstract
目的 了解儿科听诊器被微生物污染情况,探讨有效的消毒措施.方法 对儿科使用过的90个听诊器消毒前进行微生物监测,将90个听诊器平均分成3组,分别用2%消佳净、0.5%碘伏、75%酒精消毒后进行微生物监测.结果 随机抽样的90个听诊器于消毒前被微生物污染阳性率达86.67%,并分离出9种微生物,消毒后污染的阳性率降至13.33%,两者有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论 儿科听诊器污染严重,用2%消佳净、0.5%碘伏、75%酒精消毒听诊器是简便、快捷和有效的方法。
