Abstract
目的 探讨益气活血汤治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效及其对血液流变学、内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的影响.方法300例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各150例,在常规治疗基础上(降颅压、护脑),试验组口服益气活血汤,对照组口服尼莫地平.结果1.试验组:基本痊愈率52%,显效率22%,有效率16%,无效率10%,总有效率90%.对照组:基本痊愈率44%,显效率18%,有效率16%,无效率22%,总有效率78%,经R分析有显著性差异(P＜0.05).2.试验组血液流变学、ET、CGRP变化与对照组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).3.试验组肝肾功能变化与对照组比较无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论益气活血汤治疗缺血性脑卒中临床疗效优于尼莫地平。
