Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of topical oxygen therapy combined with Bactroban ointment in the treatment of indwelling needle tape allergies.Methods 40 patients with indwelling needle tape allergies were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,20 cases in each group.Control group received conventional Bactroban ointment,treatment group received topical oxygen therapy on the basis of conventional treatment,10-15 min each time,2 times a day.The wound healing time and efficacy of two groups were compared and statistically analyzed.Result The treatment effective rate and wound healing time in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group [95% vs.55%,(2.75 ± 0.62)d vs.(5.34 ± 1.08) d,P < 0.05].Conclusion Topical oxygen therapy combined with Bactroban ointment is better than simply using Bactroban ointment,with quick and good curative effect,worthy of clinical application.
