Abstract

Objectives To explore the sensitivity and clinical value of urine mALB,urine TRF,urine Cystatin C,urine β2 - MG and urine IgG in patients of kidney disease.Methods 50 subjects with kidney disease between March 2011 and August 2011 in our hospital were selected as case group,30 subjects of healthy people as control group.The urine mALB,urine TRF,urine Cystatin C,urine β2 - MG and urine IgG were respectively determined by enzyme linked immunosorbebt assay (ELISA).Use ROC curves to analyze their sensitivity.Results Urine mALB,urine TRF,urine Cystatin C,urine β2 - MG and urine IgG in case group were significantly higher than that of in control group,there were statistically significances between them ( P < 0.001 ).Through the ROC curve and diagnostic test,the results showed that,the area under the curve of Urine β2 - MG,mALB,TRF,IgG,Cystatin Cwere 0.998、0.950、0.950、0.919、0.833,the 95 % confidence interval were 0.001 ~ 1.000、0.904 ~ 0.997、0.894 ~ 1.000、0.851 ~ 0.987、0.739 ~ 0.927,urine β2 - MG,ALB,TRF were more sensitive than urine IgG,Cystatin C( P < 0.001 ).Conclusions The combined detection of urine β2 -MG,mALB,TRF,IgG,Cystatin C can be used as sensitivity index of kidney disease,which is helpful for delaying the progress of kidney disease.
