Abstract
目的 探讨准分子激光表面切削手术治疗近视的临床效果和不同手术方法的优点.方法 近视980例1906眼分别采用PRK、LASEK和Epi-LASIK手术,观察3种手术方法的效果和主要并发症.结果 3种准分子激光表面切削手术方式中LASEK术后反应最轻.术后6个月PRK 249眼中217眼(87.15%)达到术前最佳矫正视力,haze和皮质类固醇性高眼压的发生率分别为2.81%和12.23%;LASEK 1406眼中1265眼(89.97%)达到术前最佳矫正视力,haze和皮质类固醇性高眼压的发生率分别为2.20%和10.86%;Epi-LASIK 251眼中228眼(90.84%)达到术前最佳矫正视力,haze和皮质类同醇性高眼压的发生率分别为1.59%和9.65%.结论 准分子激光表面切削技术由于其并发症少且操作方便,是安全、有效、可预测性强的届光手术。
