Abstract

Objective To evaluate the value of the clinical nursing pathways on the patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy and study the measures to improve the qualityofnursing. Methods A total of 90 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into the observation group(n=45 cases)and the control group(n=45 cases), the changes of HAMA and HAMD score, postoperative recovery and satisfaction of nursing were compared between two groups. Results There was statistical significant(P<0.05)in the changes of HAMA and HAMD score, there was a statistical significant(P<0.05)in the postoperative ambulation time, exhaust time, eating time and satisfaction of nursing, the observation group was all better than the control group. Conclusions It should be actively promoted that the patients with laparoscopiccholecystectomy be nursed by specialist care under the CNP, it could significantly improve the quality of clinical care and patient satisfaction.
