Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of microwave ablation assisted laparoscopic renal tumor extirpation in diameter less than 4 cm, and analyze the influence to renal function. Methods From January 2015 to December 2017, 80 patients with diameter were selected as the research object. They were divided into control group and observation group, each 40 cases. They all were treated with laparoscopic renal tumor extirpation. The control group was subjected to radiofrequency ablation, while the observation group was microwave ablation. The surgical indicators, complications arise, tumor ablation and renal function related index before and after the operation of two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospitalization days and postoperative complication rate of observation group were all less than control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). The BUN, Scr and KIM-1 were all significantly more than before, and those indicators after operation in observation group were all better than control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusions Buttress plata used in posterior malleolar fracture has less postoperative complication, even though it has more operation time and intraoperative blood loss. And it has better operation result and ankle range motion, worth promoting in clinic.Microwave ablation assisted laparoscopic renal tumor extirpation has less traumatic to patient, and less blood loss, and mild effect on renal function, and less postoperative complications. It helps patients recover faster and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
