Abstract
目的 探讨腰椎退行性滑脱症的手术方式及疗效.方法 对24例腰椎退行性滑脱症患者采用后路全椎板减压、经椎弓根复位固定和植骨融合进行手术治疗.结果 随访时间7～28个月,临床优良率87.5%,滑脱复位率95.2%,椎体间Cage完全融合,横突间植骨融合率为89.5%,无椎弓根钉断裂及Cage移位.结论 应用上述手术方式,可同时解除神经卡压、矫正畸形和稳定脊柱,达到有效恢复神经功能、维持脊柱正常形态和力学稳定的治疗目的。
