Abstract
半月板是膝关节的重要组成部分,它能吸收震荡、增加关节面的接触面积和润滑关节,在传递载荷、稳定关节和防止关节退变等方面起着重要作用.因此,对于半月板损伤或切除后患者,如何重建半月板的功能,是膝关节外科医生面临的问题.本文就目前半月板重建的适应证、禁忌证、注意事项、临床疗效及前景等进行了综述。
