Abstract
Objective To approach the reasonal application of medication for intraocular hyperten-sion after vitrectomies in one week for complicated detachment of retina.Methods Drug treatment for oculi hypertonia 133 cases(135 eyes)after vitrectomies in a week were analyzed retrospectively(97 oil eyes, 38 gas eyes).Results There are no significant correlation about intraocular tension degression achievement ratio be-tween using one kind of drug and two kinds of drugs(Timolol and Diamox)for dropping the intraocular hyper-tension 21mmHg 40mmHg, allied Mannitol even puncture of anterior chamber operation showed better effect than Timolol and Diamox.Conelu-tions Control Intraocular hypertension after vitrectomies need various kinds of methods.
