Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of pantoprazole and hemodialysis hemodialysis without heparin on maintenance hemodialysis with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage(AGUH). Methods 38 cases of maintenance hemodialysis with AGUH were hemodialysis without heparin .They were devided to 2 groups, group A(20 cases) treated with pantoprazole, group B(18 cases) were treated with famotidine. Results It is statistical significance that pantoprazole is better than famotidine on the curative effect of Maintenance Hemodi-alysis with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. (P<0.05).Conclusions For maintenance hemodialysis with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, we should treated it with pantoprazole combined hemodialysis without heparin promptly.
