Abstract

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of drug therapy and drug therapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen for sudden deafness. Methods 155 cases of sudden deafness in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into drug treatment group (control group) and drug treatment combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment group (observation group). The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 70.83%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (59.04%), and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The relationship between the number of different oxygen treatments and the curative effect in the observation group showed that the total effective rate of patients with oxygen treatment >10 times was 76.92%, higher than that of oxygen treatment 0.05). Conclusion Drug therapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve the therapeutic effect of sudden deafness, significantly reduce the pure tone hearing thresholds, and improve the hearing level. Key words: Sudden deafness; Drug; Hyperbaric oxygenation
