Abstract
This report includes information about Baby Box project and consequences that occur after parents have placed their baby in a hatch. After placement in the hatch baby gets the status of a foundling that provides faster reach of family environment and adoption. The given status of a foundling ensures protection of a child’s rights, but it still needs to be defined properly. Whereas it’s defined that parents of the baby that has been placed in a hatch have rights to get their child back while the adoption isn’t approved by a court. According to the existing rules, parents can’t actually know how the process of adoption is going, that’s why terms and time limits should be set for parents to get back their child.
