Abstract

Born from the will of the member states of the European Union, the European commercial company was born on October 8, 2001. This revolutionary project, which is geared towards the economic development of the euro zone, has been approved by most European countries. However, it has encountered many obstacles in its implementation. This challenge confronted each other's selfishness and eventually gave rise to a fragmented European trading company. As a result, there are no longer one but several European trading companies. Finally, European economic integration will serve the interests of the major European groups much better, especially when they want to deal with Asian or American giants. The small European trading company is very similar to national trading companies. The transition is smooth.
