Abstract
ABSTRACTA method is described for determining A, B, H, Lea and Leb antigens in parallel on the same saliva or semen stain aqueous extracts. The procedure for A, B and H determination uses the tube hemagglutination inhibition technique in parallel with a plate elution technique using polycarbonate as the sole substratum. The procedure for Lea and Leb determination involves a tube hemagglutination inhibition technique. A series of sequential dilutions of the stain extract are made to assess the antigenic strength and hence the significance of the reactions obtained.
