Abstract

This paper discusses the holographic characteristics of commercial silver halide materials and new silver halide materials for recording reflective holograms in the blue region. The conditions for obtaining diffraction efficiency greater than 50% in commercial materials not sensitized in the blue region are determined, as well as the conditions for synthesizing emulsions and for optical sensitization that make it possible to increase the sensitivity by as much as a factor of 8 relative to commercial materials.
