Abstract

The purpose of our study is to research the criminal justice system's evolution, history, and reform in medieval Mongolia. Studying the evolution, history, and reform of the criminal justice system in medieval Asian countries is a fascinating and important endeavor. Additionally, a historical and legal analysis will be conducted, focusing on the era's innovative approaches to investigation and victim rights thinking.
