THE CHARACTERISTIC OF CHANGES OF THE FIBRINOLYTIC AND PROTEOLYTIC ACTIVITY OF THE BLOOD PLASMA AND TISSUES OF THE INTERNAL ORGANS IN THE BLINDED HYPOTHYROID RATS

Abstract

In experiments on the blinded (enucleated) male albino rats with hypothyroidism increasing of indicators of fibrinolytic activity, reducing of the lysis of low and high molecular weight proteins and activation of сolagenolysis in blood plasma were found. Significant intensification of process of lysis of fibrin in the heart and liver tissues occurred against the backdrop of the decreasing the background of non-enzymatic and enzymatic fibrinolysis in lung tissue.
