Abstract
La division en chapitres de la Bible hebraique n'est pas due a l'activite massoretique mais aux efforts de l'archeveque Stephen Langton qui a divise la Vulgate en chapitres au debut du 13e siecle. La division de Langton a ete adoptee par les Juifs et transferee a la Bible hebraique. L'A. presente la Bible rabbinique de 1525 car elle constitue le textus receptus puis la premiere Bible rabbinique imprimee avec la division en chapitres en 1517.
