Abstract
SummaryIn recent years the impression of a shift in the age incidence of this disease has led to H retrospective study being carried out in a District General Hospital.The study has confirmed this impression and has shown 24 per cent of cases in women under 35 years of age. Screening programmes should be made more effective in the younger age groups. commencing at the age of first sexual experience.
