Abstract
A wave of stratification produced after an aperiodic perturbation of a positive column plasma in a Ne d-c discharge at about 1 amp was measured, and parameter changes were found. The wave of stratification was measured above the upper linait of self excitation (905 ma); the current was 910 ma. Oscillographic records and striation velocity time dependence data are presented in graphical form. (L.N.N.)
