Abstract
类风湿关节炎（RA）是一种慢性、高致残性自身免疫病，我国RA呈现患者人数多、诊治延误多、病情重者多及出现合并症者多的特点，且发病率呈年轻化趋势，加之我国风湿科学科建设起步晚、专业人员少，以及患者对疾病的认知度低、依从性差，导致我国存在RA的早期诊断率低、治疗欠规范、治疗达标率低、患者致残率高等现象。为解决这些问题，我国风湿病学者开展了具有针对性的基础与临床研究，建立了覆盖全国的RA患者注册体系，成立了全国三级联动的医联体联盟，开展了“一市一科一中心”的学科建设项目，启动了中国类风湿关节炎直报项目（CREDIT）以促进全国的RA达标治疗，颁布了符合我国实际情况的RA诊治指南，大大提高了我国RA诊治水平。近来，国家卫生健康委员会发布了《综合医院风湿免疫科建设与管理指南（试行）》和《综合医院风湿免疫科基本标准指引（试行）》，相信在国家政策的支持下，通过我国风湿病学者的共同努力，我国RA的诊断与治疗将会取得更大进步，造福更多的RA患者。.
