The Centralized Temperature Monitor System of Isomeric Heat Treatment Furnaces

Abstract

Heat treatment process is usually harmful to people, so remotely monitoring method is studied to guarantee safety production. As the fact that different types of furnaces are used in the factory, which leads to the problem that monitoring such furnaces is difficult. Therefore, research on centralized temperature monitor method and system is necessary. In this paper, the concept of isomeric furnace and the concept of dynamic protocol adapter are proposed. The framework of monitor system is established, which is constituted of temperature control instruments, monitor server and clients. The function and the develop procedure of the system are put forward. Finally, the system is applied in a factory. Different types of the heat treatment furnaces are monitored, and the knowledge of heat treatment process can easily be reused by the system.
