Abstract

The article analyzes the causal relationship between the act and the socially dangerous consequences of the use of prohibited means and methods of warfare. The causal relationship linking the act and socially dangerous consequences is an important sign of the objective side of the use of prohibited means and methods of warfare with material composition. In the criminal law sense, this means that the criminal consequence is generated by a socially dangerous and illegal act of the subject of the crime.
