The observation from practice is devoted to the surgical treatment of a giant ventral hernia complicated by postoperative abdominal compartment syndrome, acute intestinal obstruction and subtotal mesenterial thrombosis.

ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОЕ ЛЕЧЕНИЕ ГИГАНТСКОЙ ВЕНТРАЛЬНОЙ ГРЫЖИ, ОСЛОЖНЕННОЙ В ПОСЛЕОПЕРАЦИОННОМ ПЕРИОДЕ АБДОМИНАЛЬНЫМ КОМПАРТМЕНТ-СИНДРОМОМ Наблюдение из практики посвящено хирургическому лечению гигантской вентральной грыжи, осложненной в послеоперационном периоде абдоминальным компартмент-синдромом, острой кишечной непроходимостью и субтотальным мезентериальным тромбозом. Под абдоминальным компартмент-синдромом (АКС) понимают повышение внутрибрюшного давления (ВБД), приводящее к патологии кровообращения, ишемии органов и тканей с нарушением их функций и развитием полиорганной недостаточности [1].
