Abstract

The author describes in detail the early psychoanalysis of a young woman with facial dermatitis artefacta. It illustrates the importance, in these complex situations, of a supple psychoanalytical framework adapted to each individual. Such conditions facilitate the outset, the development and the deepening of the psychoanalytical process.
