Abstract

A 34-year-old white male presented with nephrotic syndrome. He had a past medical history of chronic schizophrenia well controlled on clozapine. There was no history of recent illness, travel, rash, or arthralgia. His family history was significant for lymphoma in his father and a paternal aunt with kidney disease of unknown etiology.
