Abstract
We consider the arithmetical functions on the subsets of rational numbers specified by the additive representations using the Cantor bases. Application of the classical Kubilius model leads to the limit value distribution results. We outline some specific features in comparison with the value distribution theory of arithmetical functions with integer arguments.
