The authors have identifi ed the factors infl uencing the image of betting companies. First of all, these are: the professional competence of the staff , the quality of the services off ered, the company’s fame in professional circles, payment terms, the appearance of the management staff , long-term cooperation in the fi eld of sports betting, the competence of managers.
