Abstract
We prove existence and uniqueness theorems of the first boundary-value problem for nonstrict and nonuniform linear second-order parabolic operators with unbounded leading coefficients. The proof is obtained as a special case of a preliminary result established for certain abstract (i.e., not necessarily differential) equations.
