Abstract
This article uses FidaPLUS corpus material to present nominal derivations with the borrowed suffix ‑iada, which preserves its original spelling in Slovenian, is orthographically adapted to ‑ijada, or is shortened and simplified to ‑jada or ‑ada. The article presents the combinatory compatibility of the suffix with native and borrowed word-formational bases, and examines its ability to combine with various semantic groups.
