The black woman mental health executive: Problems and perspectives

Abstract

While the field of mental health administration has made major advances during the last two decades, there are still areas that require attention. Among these are the problems faced by minority mental health administrators, particularly black women. This paper examines some of these problems and proposes some approaches to them.
