Abstract
Introduction: The adult Head and Neck Vascular Anomalies Clinic was established in 2003 within the Maxillofacial Unit at the University Hospital Birmingham. The service was set up to satisfy hitherto unmet treatment needs in a group of patients with significant facial deformity. Currently, it receives referrals from all over the United Kingdom and beyond. The multidisciplinary team includes maxillofacial surgeons, a plastic and craniofacial surgeon and interventional radiologists.
