Abstract

1. 1. The synthesis of l-threonine ethanolamine phosphate in fish proceeds as follows: Cytidine diphosphate ethanolamine + l -threonine → l -threonine ethanolamine phosphate + cytidine monophosphate . 2. 2. The synthesis was demonstrated in vitro with trout kidney preparations. 3. 3. Both in vivo and in vitro, the synthesis of l-threonine ethanolamine diester is much slower than the synthesis of related phospholipids.
