Abstract

The study examined mindfulness availability degree among Arab public school principals and its relationship with teachers’ organizational loyalty. The survey descriptive correlational methodology was employed. The sample included (413) school principals and teachers selected using simple random sampling. Mindfulness of School Principals and Organizational Loyalty scales were employed after validity and reliability for both scales were obtained. The mindfulness availability degree among Arab public school principals within the Green Line was moderate. Teachers’ within the Green Line organizational loyalty was also moderate. A statistically significant positive correlation was found between mindfulness availability degree among Arab public school principals and teachers’ organizational loyalty. The study recommended the need for training programs for school principals to prepare them as leaders practicing mindfulness in mindful recognition and openness.
