Abstract
This paper describes an automatic following microscope for use in the analysis of nuclear emulsions. The design incorporates certain features of the earlier prototype which was reported in another paper 1. The complete system will search for, find, follow and read co-ordinates of black, grey and minimum tracks, with following speeds of up to 10 mm/minute.
