Dr. Grimby questions the representativeness of the selection of journals that we have considered for citation analysis of publications in rehabilitation. As we have clearly noted in the study limitations of our article, a systematic and valid approach for defining core journals in rehabilitation and a unified method for identifying all rehabilitation-related articles in the literature are not yet available. 2 Stucki G. Rehabilitation has been given a larger content than just physical medicine and rehabilitation or rehabilitation medicine, including also journals in, for example, physical therapy, speech therapy, and rehabilitation nursing, but not in occupational therapy or cognitive and social aspects of rehabilitation.
