Abstract
This study reports findings concerning attitudes of white South African executives from two culturally different backgrounds (English and Afrikaans). Comparisons were made on four basic attitudes: conciliation, risk, self-determination, and trust. Contrary to the hypotheses, no statistically significant differences were found between these two groups on the four attitude measures.
