Abstract

In recent years, time-lapse incubators (TLI) have been developed and utilized in in-vitro fertilization laboratories. TLI capture a picture of the embryo every 15-20 minutes, enabling recording morphokinetic events (timing of milestones in embryo development). Due to this advanced technology, the ability to select the optimal embryo for transfer has improved substantially. Morphokinetic parameters have been associated with implantation and live birth rates. The current study aimed to address the association between morphokinetic parameters, pregnancy and perinatal outcomes.
