Abstract

Article uses the method of Combination of HAZOP analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to do a systematic assessment analysis for diesel engine parts: cylinder liners. Through the combination of their own characteristics and advantages, in the engine management system, some risk projects that will lead to abnormal wear to cylinder liner can be found. Then, for the major high-risk items, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method should be used to get a more scientific and rational assessment by quantitative calculations.
