The ASP system design of cluster supply chain management oriented to SMEs

Abstract

Based on the large impact of economic globalization, along with the development of industrialization and urbanization in our country, a large number of inter-related enterprises have been assembled in a specified region based on economic links and the clusters of small and medium enterprises. However, we are still at the early stage of industry development and all small and medium enterprises(SMEs) have their own flaws, many problems appear in the cluster supply chains. On the basis of deep research of related papers and books this paper has considered comprehensively the actual situation of small and medium enterprise clusters and summarized the present problems and hot research fields. This paper has proposed that the platform of ASP should be used to improve the management of the supply chain of small and medium enterprise cluster so as to solve the corresponding problems. Besides, this paper has analyzed ASP structure, operation mode and ASP meaning.
