Abstract

Lushun Taiyanggou is currently the most complete and largest modern historical and cultural block in Lushun, and its historical value, material, and spiritual significance are extraordinary. The purpose of this article is to study the artistic characteristics of modern buildings in Lushun from the perspective of heritage artistic value protection based on data mining. First, it summarizes the historical information of modern architecture in more detail from the art, architecture, and heritage studies, forming more complete and systematic basic data. Second, it summarizes the development process of architectural art characteristics in Lushun area in chronological order. At the same time, the current situation of modern architectural heritage in Lushun area was investigated, and the K-means algorithm of data mining was used to analyze and investigate architectural style, color, and architectural distribution, and provide relevant background information for the research of modern Taeyang architecture in Lushun. Through the relevant documents and policies for the protection of modern architectural heritage in Lushun City, combined with the current situation and problems of the building in the Lushun area, we strive to promote the protection and utilization strategy of the architectural heritage in the Lushun area and protect its inherent artistic value. The research direction of this paper is to use data mining to study the artistic characteristics of modern architecture in Lushun area, and to provide data analysis for the protection of heritage artistic value.
