Abstract

One of the advantages of having to travel for a living is the ability to stay in touch with friends from many far flung outposts. On one recent winter evening, Gordon Aeschliman and Tom Willett found themselves sharing a meal in Corpus Christi, Texas. The occasion of this surprise encounter was a dinner held at the home of Anne Atterbury, noted Christian activist and patron of the arts. Ms. Atterbury had arranged to tape the dinner conversation for a book she is writing, and the following is from a transcript of the evening's intercourse.
